HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
After deciding the product(s), quantity and size simply click the “ADD TO CART” Button that can be found at the bottom of each of the product description and then proceeds to “CHECK OUT”. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to CHECK OUT.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and JCB) and PayPal.
IS YOUR SITE SAFE?
Absolutely – nothing to be worried about! We have encryption in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain secret. For the techno geeks out there – we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE STORE? CAN I PAY IN ANOTHER CURRENCY?
All prices will be shown in local currency depending on which country (GEO IP address) the customer is in for their convenience. However, when a customer checks out, they will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDERED. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your patience is much appreciated. Our products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities; for U.S orders please allow up to 2-4 weeks for receiving your purchase(s), for international orders please allow up to 2-6 weeks for receiving your purchase(s), though we’ve been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can be different from country to country.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL…WHAT’S GOING ON?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
I ORDERED 2 ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When you order multiple items they may be shipped separately due to logistic reasons. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.
OH NO, I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PRODUCT SIZE!
CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to care for it. However, we can’t make any promises. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We’ll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
